Conference Fees 2025
Please note that registration starts with January 2025 and needs to be done until May 12th 2025.

The registration fee includes:
- Access to all tracks and sessions
- Workshops and special sessions (subject to availability)
- Social Event (on the 3rd conference day, May 28th). If you wish to attend the social event (free of charge), please select the corresponding option when registering for the conference.
- Coffee breaks and snacks
- Lunches and beverages

Discount Options
Alumni from the following organizing universities are eligible for a 15% discount on the ticket price: Salzburg University of Applied Sciences, Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences, University for Continuing Education Krems (Danube University Krems), and Paris Lodron University Salzburg.
If you are eligible for one of the discounts mentioned above, please contact us via email at office@idsc.at. Once your eligibility is verified, we will provide you with a discount code.
Cancellation
If registered authors choose to cancel their registration, the registration fee will not be refunded. Other registered participants may cancel their registration until April 5th, 2025. In this case, a cancellation fee of €70 plus ticket system fees will apply. The remaining registration fee will be refunded after the conference. For hotel cancellations, please refer to the hotel’s policy.
Please note that cancellations received after April 26th, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund of either the registration fee or conference events. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the lead conference organizers at office@idsc.at.
Liability
The Organizing Committee cannot accept responsibility for personal accidents or damage to participants' private property. Participants are strongly advised to arrange their own insurance as deemed necessary. By registering, participants acknowledge that they have no right to file damage claims against the organizers should the conference be hindered or prevented due to unforeseen political or economic events, force majeure, the non-appearance of speakers, or any other reasons that necessitate program changes. By completing their registration, participants accept these terms.
