Discount Options
Members of the Data Intelligence Offensive (DIO) are allowed a discount of 10% on the ticket price
Alumni of the organizing universities (Salzburg University of Applied Sciences, Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences, University for Continuing Education Krems (Danube University Krems)) are allowed a discount of 15% on the ticket price
If you are eligible for one of the described discounts above, please contact us via mail at office@idsc.at and once verifed, we will provide you with the discount code.
Cancellation
If authors registered cancel their registration, the registration fee will not be refunded. Other registered participants may cancel their registration until April 2nd, 2023. A cancellation fee of 70 € + ticket system fees will be charged. The rest of the registration fee will be refunded after the conference. For hotel cancellations, please check the respective hotel policy.
For cancellations received after April 2nd, 2023, no refund of the registration fee and conference events will take place.
Cancellations must be done in writing to the lead conference organizers (office@idsc.at).
Liability
The Organising Committee cannot accept any responsibility for personal accidents or damage to private property of the participants. Participants are advised to make their own insurance agreements, as they consider necessary.
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the hosting of the conference be hindered or prevented by unforeseen political or economic events or by force majeure or should non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes.
By his/her registration, the participant accepts this provision.
